Such provisions as are incorporated by rEference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 through 17 and
Non-Uniform Covenants 18~ 19, 20, 22, and 23 of this Mortgaqe. Borrower and Lender aqree that all
references to the Property, Borrower~ Lender and Note contained in the above described master form of
mortgage and incorporated by reference hereinto shaU be construed to mean the Property~ Borrower~ Lender
and the Note defined herein. Borrower aclmowledges receipt of a copy of the complete teact of the provisions
hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortgaqe.

ADDITIONAL NON-UNIF'ORM COVFNANTS. Bonower and Lender further covenant and aqree
as follows:
21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower~ Lender~ at Lender's option within twenty years
from the date of this Mortgage~ may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with
interest thereon~ shall be secured by this Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said
notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness secureci by this Mort-
gaqe~ not including sums advanced in accordance herewith to protect the security of this Mortgage~ exceed
the orqinal amount of the Note plus US $ NONE ~ _
