The tKO parties to the a~eenent are Julie Ba.rtlett of 2416 Oak Drive. ,
Fort Pierce. ani John Bartlett of 1802 St. Lucie Co~t, Fort Pierce. The
agree~ent details the ~autually agreed arrarigesents for the separation of
their business interests, the di~ision of their property~ and their intended
divorce.

Upon both parties signing this docu~nent~ the folloxing tenas ar?d
conditions become birjding insediately on both parties and cannot be varied
except by f~irther xritten agreement._ _

Pither party will give the other an uncontested divorce xithout delay
on the request of the other party. Cost of divorce to be shared equally by
both parties.

~ to John Bartlett. Julie Bartlett xill pay all costs pertaining to the house
5 for this period. including the mortgage payment of $1y4.38 per month.
