WITNESSETH: ° That Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN (s10.00) DOLLARS and other good and valuable consideratioh paid by Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargarined, and sold to Grantee and Grantee's heirs and assigns forever the following described real property situated, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit: The Condominium Parcel known as Aparvnent 6 2 3 D of Phase ~ of HIGH POINT OF FORT PIERCE CONDOMINIUM SECTION II (the "Condominium") accordinq to Lhe Declara- tion of Condcminium thereof , recorded in Official Records Book 3 0 4 at Pages 13 9 6 through 15 o e~f the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida as such Declaration may have been amended by any amendments thereto hereto filed in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida including, but not limited to, any amendment to add the aforesaid Phase to the Condominium (if such i Phase be other than Phase I ihereof). ~ ~ j ! The Settlement Stipu- ~ latton provfdes for this Condominium Lo be served by certain facilities of High ~ Point of Fort Pierce Condominium Section 1 and the Protective Covenants ~ provides for certein land use covenants upon the land areas described therein § (including, but not limited to, portions of the land areas included within this ~ Condominium) and provfdes for certain drainage easements and other ease- ~ ments and rights including, but not limited to, the "Roadway Easement", ~ ~"Sewage System Rights" ,"Water System Rights" and "Future Development' ~ Property Drainage Easement" , all as are more particularly described therein, j all in addition to the other matters set forth in the Settlement Stipulation and ~ ~ , Protective Covenants, which other matters include, but are not limited to, the " oblig~tion to pay certain "Assessments" as are respectively set forth in the ~ Settlement Stipulation and Protective Covenants .
