the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 49, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

~ Together with all atructures and improvements now and hereafter on said land and the rents, issues
E and profita of the above described property (provided, however, that the Mortgagor sball be entitled to
collect and retain the said rents, issues and profits until default hereunder); and all fixtures now or here-
' after attached to or used in oonnection with the premises herein descxibed and in addition thereto the fol-
~ lowing described houaehold applianoes, which are and shall be deemed to be, fixtures and a part of the
~ realty, and are a portion of the security for the indebtedness herein mentioned.

The Mortgagor hereby covenants with the Mortgagee, that he is seized of said land in fee simple or
~ such other estate, if any, as is stated herein; and that said Mottgagor dces hereby fully wazrant the title to
~ said land, and every part thereof, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
~ whomsoever.

~ P80VIDED ALWAYS, that if the Mortgagoz should pay to the Mortgagee that certain promissory
~ note of even date herewith~ made by the Mortgagor and payable to the order of the Mortgagee in the
principal sum of Twenty Five Thousand Dollars, payable in monthly install-
ments to principal and interest of a 219. 50 starting on the 1'st day of September
`4~ 19~g , and if not sooner paid the final payment being due on the lst ~Y of August
2009 , or any extensions or renewals thereof and shall fully pay all other ir.debtedness or liability that
may become due and owing hereunder and secured hereby, and shall faithfully and promptly comply with
and perform each and every other covenant and provision herein on the part of the Mottgagor to be
complied with and performed, and every other covenant and provision as contained in that blank or master
form of mortgage, which is incorporated herein by reference as if set out herein in full. then these presents
shall be void and released at the expense of the Mortgagor, otherwise to remain in full force and effect. The

Clerk of the Circuit Court of the following counties in ~'lorida in the Official R.ecords Volume and at the
page designated after the name of each oounty~ to-wit: (except that it was recorded in Bradfor~, Brevazd,
Duval and Suwannee Counties on Februazy 9~ 1970, and in Dade County on February 10, 1970)
