KNOW ALL MEN BY TI~SE PRESENTS, that FLORIDA HOME MORTGAGE COMPANY, A Corpora-
tion existing under the laws of the State of Florida, party of the first part,
in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
considerations in lawful money of the United States to it in hand paid by
SOUTHEAS~ERN HOME MORTGAGE COMPANY A Corporation existing
under the~ laws of the State of Florida party of the second part, at or before
the ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby ac-
knowledged, and granted, bargained, s~ld, assigned, transferred and set over,
and by these presents dces hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set
over unto the said party of the second part a certain indenture of mortgage
bearing date July 24, 1979 made by Luke Moore and Sally Mae Moore
and recorded in Official Records Book 3~3 Page `~z1
or under Clerk's file number `'~S z 72 q Public Records af St. Lucie County, Flo-
rida, upon the following described piece or parcel of land, situated and~being
in St. Lucie County, State of Florida to wit:
Lot 98, SHERATON PLAZA UNIT TWO REPLAT, according to the plat thereof as recorded
in Plat Book 16, Page 2, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Together with the note or obligation described in said mortgage, and the money
due and to become due thereon, with interest accrued and owing thereon.
This assignment is made without recourse to the Assignor in any event and for
any cauae whatscever.
TO HAVE AND TO I~OLD TF~ same unto the said party of the second part, its suc-
cessors and assigns forever, the said party of the first part has caused these
presenta to be signed in its name by its President and its corporate seal
