EXTENSION AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made the 16th day of July 1979 ,between
the SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a F or da Banking Corporation,
party Of th@ first part, 8Dd Michael B. Kane and Karen B. Kane, his wife
Parties of the second part;
WITNESSETH, WHEREAS, the said parties of the second part executed
a certain praaissory note dated June 3, i9~~ , whereby •
they pro~aised to pay to the SUN HANR OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, party
of the first part, on order the sum of
Eiqht Thousand Four Hundred and No/1.00----($8,400.00)
the f irst payment coming due June 3, ig~a
Interest at 8 3/4$
WHEREAS, the parties of the second part executed to the party of the
first part~ to secure the above mentioned note, a mortgage on the
following described premises, to-wit:

NOW THEREFORE, the said parties hereto, for themselves and their assign
