FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE -
THIS CAUSE having come on for trial on the 19th day of
July, 1979, upon the pleadings filed herein, and the Court having
given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines:
this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of -
this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between
the parties; and that the marriage is irretrievably broken and
should be resolved. It is thereupon
j ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

j 1. DISSOLUTION: The marriage between ALLAN E. ROKAW
~ and IRENE ROKAW be and the same is hereby dissolved and the parties
~ and each of them are hereby forever freed from the b~nds of matri-
~
~ mony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
~ arising therefrom.

~ ~ RESTORATION OF NAME: IRENE ROKAW be and she is
~
~ hereby authorized to assume her former name or IRENE HUEBNER and
~
~ to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened.

~ 3. CUSTODY: Custody of the minor child, MARC B. ROKAW,
~
y 16 years of age, is hereby jointly awarded to both parties as split
= custody, such that the child shall be allowed to remain with either
~ parent at times of his own choosing provided said choice shall be

in the best interests of the child and un3~,nited and reasonable
- visitation shall be allowed with the parent with whom the child
is not residing at any given time. No child support is awarded,
