AMENDED FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION `
This cause coming on this day to be heard upon the veri-
fied petition for adoption fiZed herein by LOUIS ODDO and upon the
consent for adoption filed herein by the natural mother, Debora
Oddo, and upon the Default entered by the clerk of this Court
against the natural father, Hossain Baravati, for failing to file
any paper as required by law, and it appearing to the Court that
the petitioner is a fit and proper person to adcapt the minor child
sought to be adopted and that the best interest of the child will
be prompted by the adoption and the child is suitable for adoption
by the petitioner, LOUIS ODDO, and the Court being fully adivsed
in the premises, it is ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the rlinor child known as VICTOR
JAI~S BARAVAIT is to be the legal child of the petitioner, LOUIS
ODDO, and is given the name of VICTOR JAMES ODDO, by which name,
he shall hereafter be known, and it is
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the child shall be
the child and lega~. heir of the petitioner, LOUIS ODDO, entitled
to all of the rights and privileges, and subject to all of the
obligations of children born to the petitioner, LOUIS ODDO, in lai~-
ful wedlock with his now wife and natural mother of the child
DEBORA ODDO. '
