AFFIDAVIT
Before me, the undersigned authority, authorized to administer

oaths and take acknowledgments, personally appeared EDKAR LEE
PETERSON, also known as EDKER LEE PETERSON, who being by me first
duly sworn, deposes and says.:
1. That he is the son of WILLIAM M. PETERSON who died on
August 3, 1973, in St. Lucie County, Florida.
~2. That he knows of his own personal knowledge that the said
WILLIAM M. PETERSON and his wife, BETTY LOuISE PETERSON, were con-
tinuously married from prior to acquisition of title to the following-
described real property up to and including the date of death of
BETTY LOUISE PETERSON on June 6, 1973.
3. That the real property is described as:
Begin-at the Southwest corner of the North half
(N lit) of-the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of the
Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section 9, Town-
ship 35 South, Range 39 East, thence run East
44.5 feet to a point, said point being the East
boundary of the Canal right-of-way as recorded
in Chancery-Order Book 2, rage 55, of the Public
Records of St.,Lucie County, Florida; thence run
j North 325 feet for a point of beginning; thence
run North along said canal right-of-way, 319.85
~ feet to the edge of the Willis Road right-of-way;
{ thence East 293.5 feet along said right-of-way
for Willis Road; thence run-South 319.85 feet;
r .thence run East 211 feet; thence run South 325
feet; thence run West 329 feet; thence run
North 325 feet; thence run West 175.5 feet to
the Point of Beginning; less-and excepting there-
from all rights of way for public roads and .
drainage canals and utility easements. .
4. That on September 1, 1973, Affiant remarried VERA JOSEPHINE
PETERSON, at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida.
Further Affiant sayeth not.
