by indenturo of Mortgage baring date tM 22nd day of February A.D., 18 78, and recorded
in the office of the perk of the Circuit Court in ~d for the County of St. Lucie
State of Florida, in 0. R. Book 282 Page 1023 ,granted and conveyed unto FIRST FEDERAL
SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE snd assigns, the premises therein particularly described,
