Before i:~e, the undersigned authority duly authorized to~
take acknowledgments and administer oaths, this day personally
appeared JAMES A. SCOTT, who, having been first duly sworn and
cautioned, did on oath depose and say that he knows and has known
Rush H. Sword, Jr.; also referred to as Harold Sword, for 30 years
and has handled the estate and legal proceedings for the estate of
Rush H. Sword, Sr. for several years and attests that Rush H. Sword,
Jr. and Harold Sword referred to as grantee in that certain deed
dated March 10, 1979 to Lots 25 and 26, ALTADENA Subdivision, Plat
Book 4, Page 71, St. Lucie County, Florida, public-records, are one
and the same person being one of three surviving heirs of Eliza B.
Sword.
Further the Affiant sayeth not.
