KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that we,
SAM L. PASAPANE and RUTH F. PASAPl4N8, -
of the Borough of Florham Park, in the County of Morris and
State of New Jersey, do make, constitute and appoint
- CHESTER PASAPANE
of Pt. St. Lucie, in the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida,
our true, sufficient and lawful attorney for us and in our behalf
. to execute Notes and Mortgage to the Florida Bank at-Fort Pierce
for funds to construct a dwelling on the premises known as Lot K,
Block 17, Section, 14, Township 34 South Range 40 East, Queens
Cove Unit 1 as per Plat thereof on file in Plat Book 11, Page
12, 128, 12C of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
To accept on our behalf periodic payments of the loan
proceeds and to disburse said proceeds for construction of a
dwelling on the above-described premises.
To withdraw any part or all of the money that we may at
any time have on deposit in the Florida.Bank a.t Ft. Pierce. To
make, sign and deliver cheques and drafts on accounts that ~ may
have in the Florida Bank at Ft. Pierce and to do and perform all
necessary acts requisite to be done in the premises, as fully
as we could do if personally present, hereby ratifying and con-
firming all that our said attorney shall do by virtue hereof.

principal.-
