THIS IS A PURCHASE MONEY MORTGAGE. ~
So long as the mortgagor is not in default udder the terms and cozTditions of the t
I herein mortgage, the mortgagee shall release from the lien, operation and effect of
the ®rtgage acreage on a per acre basis for an amolnt certain. Said amount of
money per acre shall be the amount of indebteciz~ess borne by each acre at the time
the release is requested to the total indebtedness borne by the total acreage above
described. _
The mazmer and progression of releases will rot prevent any excess frontage from
berg released and will maintain access to roads, utilities and drainage facilities
for the acreage which remains unreleased.
The foregoing mortgage shall be filed iimoediately after~a certain mortgage from the
mortgagor herein to the Sun Bank of St. Lucie County, Florida, the interim lender.
~e interim lender's mortgage shall be assigned to a permanent lender, John Hancock
