ORDER
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the Defendant's Motion
to Dismiss, and upon the argument of counsel, and the Court finding
that both Counts I and II state causes of action, and the court
being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendant's Motion is denied. The
Defendant shall have twenty days in which to file aresponsive -
pleading or to otherwise plead.
DONE AND ORDERED in Fort Pierce, St. .Lucie County, Florida,
