COMES NOW the Defendant, RICHARD P. JOHNSON, by and through
his undersigned counsel and joined by the Plaintiff, ROW S
ADVERTISING PROMOTIONS, -INC., a Florida corporation, and RONALD
B. THRASH, individually, by and through their. undersigned counsel,
and moves this Honorable Court for a continuance because the
Defendant has been unable to serve a witness subpoena or a

subpoena for deposition on a key witness.
