at that time, except that the owners may agree in writing, on any
other means of sharing the expense that is reasonable at that
time. Sub3ect to any c~~ritten agreement of the owner or owners to
the contrary, .any reconstruction of the wall shall be on the same
location as'the existing wall. and the reconstructed wall shall be of the
same or similar material of .the same quality as that used in the
existing wall, provided .that such modifications .in building~materisis
as may be required by any applicable building code or regulations
shall be allowed.
The right of reconstruction provided for in this section -
shall lapse if it is not commenced within two (2) months from the
destruction or removal of the then existing wall.
5. COVENANT TO RUN j~TITH LAttD. The benefits and obligations
o.f the covenants herein shall run wick the above-described lots as long
as the wall or any extension thereof continues to exist. Such
covenants shall bind and enure to the benefice of the owner or owners
and their heirs, legal representatives, and assigns. -
