This Declaration of Party tJall by the undersigned shall

1, PARTY tJALL DECLARATIOt~. The above-described wall is

a party wall. and .the fee simple owners of each of the above-
described lots (hereinafter referred to as "owner or owners") shall
have the right to-use it°~ointly.
2. USE OF tJALL, Cach o~mer or owners may use the wall,
including continuation, of such use in connection with any alteration
of Che building on-his lot and in connection with replacement of
that build~.ng with a different one. However, no openings may be
cut in the ~~all, and the wall may be put to no use that will impair
its strength or injure the building of the other owner or owners.

4. REPAIRS OR RECOtJSTRUCTIOt~. If it becomes necessary or
desirable to repair or rebuild the cahole or and part of the wall,
the attendant expense shall be borne ley the owner or owners in propor-
tion to the extent of their use of the Full, or portion thereof affected,
