PETITION FOR DISCHARGE
The undersigned, as personal representat~s~e of the -
above estate, alleges:
1. The decedent, GRACE A. JAMES a resident of St. Lucie
County, Florida died on December 29, 1978 and Letters of Adminis-
tration were issued.to Petitioner on January 4, 19?9.
2. Petitioner files herewith waivers signed by all
interested persons, other than petitioner, waiving the filing of
a final accounting.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by paying
all taxes and expenses of administration.

4. Petitioner has filed the required estate tax return

~ with the Department of Revenue of the State of Florida and has
obtained Non-Taxable Certificate # E33618 from Estate Tax Bureau,
which has been filed with this court.
-5. 'Petitioner proposes to make distribution of the assets _
- of this estate as set forth in the schedule of distribution attached
hereto as Exhibit "A". -
6. The only persons, other than Petitioner having an '
interest in this, proceeding and their respective addresses are: '
Harold C. James, 1913 North 11th Ave., Pasco, Washington 99301 and
Maurleen Hoxie, 2805 Ohio Avenue, Fort Pierce, FL 33450.
