relative interests of the beneficiaries to compensate for the
effect of elections under, the tax -laws made. by my personal
representative or by the Trustee. -
ARTICLE II
My Wife's name is SARA M. HILL, also known as SARA
MANSFIELD HILL, and she is herein referred to as "my- Wife". I
have one (1)-child who is now living, namely:
ANDREW STEWART HILL, presently residing at
1221 North Dearborn Parkway, Apartment 1205
South, Chicago, Illinois 60611.
ARTICLE - I I I
(A) I give -such of my tangible personal property to
those persons designated in a separate writing in existence at
the time of my death which is signed by me and which describes
the items and the designated recipients .with reasonable
certainty: -
(B) I give the same to my Wife, SARA M. HILL, if she
survives me by thirty (30) days, otherwise -to my son, if he
survives me. If my said son fails to survive me, my personal
representative shall add the foregoing personal property not so
distributed to the residue of my estate.

ARTICLE IV
I give to my son, ANDREW STEWART HILL, if he survives
me, the sum of TEN THOUSAND ($10,000.00) DOLLARS.
ARTICLE V
If my Wife survives me, I give to her an amount equal
to my total adjusted gross estate less my exemption equivalent ~
for the year in which I die, but in no event more than the

greater of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND ($250,000.00) DOLLARS or
one-half of m total adjusted ross estate nor less-than one-half
