Section 2z Upon the death of my Wife or upon my death
if my Wife does not survive me, the Trustee shall distribute the
then assets of this trust, or the residue of my estate,. as the
case may be, to my said son, ANDREW STBWART HILL, and this, trust.
shall thereupon terminate.. If my said son fails to survive me,
but is survived by issue, my Trustee shall divide this trust, or
the residue of my estate, as the case may be, into as many shares
as I have grandchildren then living, one (1) share for each such
grandchild. If any such grandchild of mine has not then attained
his or her eighteenth (18) birthday, my Trustee shall continue to
hold the share of such minor child in trust until such minor
child shall attain his or her eighteenth (18) birthday, upon the
occurrence of which my Trustee shall forthwith distribute to said
grandchild the share due him or her, upon the completion of which-
distribution, this trust shall terminate as to such grandchild.
Section 3: If my said son survives me, but dies before
-his share is distributed to him, the share to which he would have
been entitled had he survived to date of distribution stall pass
to his surviving issue, in equal shares, in the same manner, and

in accordance with the same terms and conditions as set forth in
the preceding section of this article.
Section 4: Each share of this trust which is
distributable to my son's issue who has not reached majority in
the state of his or her residence shall immediately vest in the
issue, but the Trustee shall retain possession of the share as a
separate trust until the issue reaches majority, meanwhile paying
to him or her so much or all of the income and principal of the
share as the Trustee-deems necessary or advisable from time to
time for his or her medical care, reasonable support, and
education, and adding to principal any income not so paid. s
