Section 5: If my said son,' ANDREW STEWART HILL, shall
fail to survive me, or having survived me, dies before his shace
is distributed to him, then upon the death of my said Wife. or
upon my ,death if my Wife fails to survive me, the Trustee shall
distribute this trust or the residue of my estate, as the case
may be, to my sister-in-law, MARY E. MANSFIELD BAYLOR, presently
residing at 305 Drummers Lane, Wayne, Pennsylvania 19087, if she
survives me. If the said MARY E. MANSFIELD BAYLOR fails to
survive me, I direct my Trustee to distribute the same as
follows:
THIRTY-FIVE (35$) PERCENT thereof to MARY SUE
BAYLOR MARSHALL, presently residing at 644
Colonel De Weese Road, Glen Hardie Farms,
Pennsylvania 19087, or if she, too, fails to
survive me, to her surviving issue, in equal
shares, by right of representation;
THIRTY-FIVE (35$) PERCENT to GEORGE W.
BAYLOR, presently residing at 3 Prospect
Street, Montreal, Quebec, Westmount, Canada
H32 1 W 4, if he survives me. If he, too,
fails to survive me, I give said portion to
his surviving issue, in equal shares, by
right of representation;
FIFTEEN (15$) PERCENT thereof to MARION BRAGG
MONK, .presently residing at 514 Dawes Road,
#304, Toronto, Ontario, Canada M4 5 2E9, if
she survives me. If she, too, fails to
survive me, I give said portion to her
surviving issue, in equal shares, by right of
representation;
FIFTEEN (IS$) PERCENT thereof to JEAN SACK,
presently residing at 79 Mountain Street;
Granby, Quebec, Canada J2G 6S 5, if he
survives me. If he, too, fails to survive me,
I give such portion to his surviving issue,
in equal shares, by right of representation.
ARTICLE VII
The following provisions shall apply to each trust
under this Will:
Section 1: If income or discretionary amounts of
principal become payable to a minor or to a person under legal
disability or to a person not adjudicated incompetent but who, by
reason of illness or mental or physical disability, is in the
