No Trustee who is a child of the Testator shall have
any power to establish or alter the beneficial enjoyment of the
income or principal of this trust, or have any other power which
would cause that Trustee or any successor to be a younger
generation beneficiary of the trust for purposes of the
generations giving provisions of the Internal Revenue Code as the
same now exists or as it may be hereafter amended.

The parent, guardian or conservator of a beneficiary ~
under disability shall receive notice and have authority to act
for such beneficiary under this section.
No Trustee wherever acting shall be required to give
bond or surety or be appointed ~by or account for the
administration of any trust to any Court. I expressly waive
compliance. by the Trustee with the provisions of any-law now or
hereafter in effect requiring qualification, administration or ~
accounting by the Trustee with or to any Court of this state.-
Section 8: In disposing of any trust property subject
to a power to appoint by Will, the Trustee may rely upon an
instrument admitted to probate in any jurisdiction.as the Will of }

the donee or may assume that he or she died intestate if the ~
Trustee has no notice of a Will within three (3) months after his
! or her death.

MANSFIELD HILL, as personal representative of my estate. If my ~
