(b) To pay expenses that are- reasonable for
the delivery of gifts made by this Will.
(c) To pay any pledge to a charity made by me
in writing if in the judgment of the personal
representative I would want the pledge paid. -
(d) The distribution of a gift to a donee who
is a minor at the time of distribution shall
be made to the Custodian for the minor under _
the Florida Gifts to Minors Act. If there is
- none, the Custodian shall be appointed by the
personal representative, and any party
serving as personal representative may be
appointed as Custodian.

(e) To use income for purposes other than
those designated by. Sections 738.04 and
738.05, Florida Statutes 1975, as the same
now exists or as they may hereafter be
amended; provided, however, that this power
shall not apply to income from gifts made '
herein to satisfy any- marital deduction
bequest.
(f) To incorporate any business or venture in
which I may be engaged at the time of my s
death and to continue that incorporated - ~
business throughout the -period of
administration of my estate and any trust
created under this instrument.
(g) To disclaim a power that they consider to
be burdensome, unnecessary or unwise. ;
(h) Except as to the portions of my estate
given 'to my Wife , the personal f
representatives and Trustees shall have the
following powers:

liability of my estate for

taxes out of income or principal
and to accumulate income for- this
purpose. Unless otherwise provided -
by this instrument, the amounts

shall require no reimbursements or ~
adjustment of the accounts of the
estate. or trust or other shares
that the beneficiary shall be
entitled to receive in income or
principal.
(i) To charge expenses of administration,
attorneys' fees, and other expenses against
~ income or principal in lieu of the statutory
direction contained in Sections 738.13(1)(c); 1
738.13(1)(e); and 738.13(3)(a), Florida
Statutes 1975.
(j) No power granted to any personal
representative or Fiduciary by this Will or t-
by law shall be exercised in such manner as
