the decedent died a citizen and resident of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
5. John L. Carson, III and-David G. Carson, whose
addresses are'-shown herein, are entitled to preference in
appointment as personal representatives because they are nomi-
nates as s~.a<ch by the decedent's last will and testament.
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in
this estate are personal property having an approximate value
of antler X100,000.
7. Petitioners are unaware of any unrevoked will or
codicil of decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph 8.
- 8. The original of the decedent's last-will, dated ~
May 6, 1976, and one codicil thereto, dated August 16, 1976, _

both of which are self-proving, accompany this petition. ~

WHEREFORE, petitioner prays that the decedent's will and
one codicil thereto be admitted to probate and that they be
appointed personal representatives of the Florida -estate of f
the decedent, to serve without bond.
