COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
I, JOHN L. CARSON, of Fort Pierce, Florida, being of
sound and disposing mind and memory, do hereby make, publish -
and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament hereby
revoking and annulling all others by me heretofore made.
ITEM I.
I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral
expenses without unnecessary delay by my Personal Representatives
hereinafter named.
ITEM II.
I hereby give and bequeath unto my maid, MRS. JOHN
I
~ (MAGGIE) DRAKE of 1308 North 17th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida,
the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) in reward for her
long and faithful services.
ITEM III.
All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real,
personal and mixed, wheresoever situated and any property
over which I have a power of disposition at the time of my death,
I hereby give, devise and bequeath to my sons, JOHN L. CARSON,
