ITEM V.
I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my sons, f:a
JOHN L. CARSON, III and DAVID G. CARSON, Personal Representatives
of this my Last Will and Testament. If under any circumstances
one of my sons fails to qualify or having qualified as Personal
t~:
Representative, resigns or otherwise becomes unable to act, all
powers of Personal Representative shall .devolve upon the other son.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal

and published by JOHN L. CARSON as and for his Last Will
and Testament, in the presence of us, the undersigned, who,
