FIRST CODICIL TO
LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE -
I, JOHN L. CARSON, of Fort Pierce, Florida, do hereby
make, publish and declare this to be the First Codicil to my
Last Will and Testament dated May 6, 1976.
. ITEM I.
I amend mY said Last Will by inserting therein
the following
In view of the loving companionship and thoughtful
consideration provided me by her over the years,
I give and bequeath to CAROLINE H. MASON, now
residing at 1411 Bayshore Drive, Fort Pierce,
Florida, any automobile owned by me at the time
of my death.

I hereby affirm my said Last Will and Testament dated
May 6, 1976, as modified by this First Codicil.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, the said JOHN L. CARSON, have
hereunto set my hand and seal to this, the First Codicil to
my Last Will and Testament, consisting of one page, on which
Z have affixed my signature, on this, the day of August,
1976.
