TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: -
WHEREAS, JOHN L. CARSON, a resident of St. Lucie County, .
Florida, died on August 1, 1979 owning assets in the State
of Florida; and
WHEREAS, JOHN L. CARSON, III and DAVID G. CARSON have
been appointed personal representatives of the estate of the
decedent and have performed all acts prerequisite to issuance
- of letters of administrat' 'n t estate;
NOW, THEREFORE, I S he undersigned Circuit - -
Judge, declare JOHN L. CARSON, III and DAVID G. CARSON to be
duly qualified under the laws of_the State of Florida to act -
as personal representatives of the estate of John L. Carson,
deceased, with full power to administer the estate according
to law; to ask, demand, sue for, recover and receive the property
f
of the decedent; to pay the debts of the decedent as far as
the assets of the estate will permit and the law directs; and
to make distribution of the estate according to law.
