ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE t
The Petition of RICHARD A. FLANIGAN, Personal Representative of
the Will of AGNES M. FLANIGAN, deceased, for leave to sell certain
property described in the petition coming on this day to be heard;
and it appearing to the Court that it is to the best interest of. the
estate that said property be sold at private sale to the parties and
under the terms set out in said petition;-and-it further appearing
that RICHARD A. FLANIGAN, sole heir, has consented to said sale, and
the Court being fully advised, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the said RICHARD A. FLANIGAN, Personal
Representative of the Will of said deceased, be and he is hereby,
authorized to sell .the following described property at private sale:
-Lot 10, Block 1, ORANGE BLOSSOM ESTATES, FIRST ADDITION,.
as per plat thereof on file in plat book 11, page 38,
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Said sale shall be made to JOSEPH F. PERINO and°ELSIE PERINO, his wife,
for the sum of Thirty-Seven Thousand ($37,000.00) Dollars. pursuant to
the contract.
This Order entered in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
this /O day of 1979.
