That the Party of the First Part, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten
Dollars and other good and valuable considerations to them in hand paid by the said Party(s)
of the Second Part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has Eranted, bargained and
sold to said Party(s) of the Second Part, heirs and assigns forever, the following
described real property, located and situated in the County of St. Lucie and State of
Florida, as follows:
Condominium Parcel No. 3821 of BEACHTREE I CLUSTER as per the Declaration
of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Record Book 296, pages 1438 ~
through 1510, as Amended by Certificate of Amendment recorded in Official
Record Book 300, Page 212 through 221, and as amended in that certain Certif-
icate of Amendment d:tte~ May 21,1979; rn~ filed May 24; 1979, any *-ecordPd
in~Official Records Book 309, Pages 1.149 through 1173, all of the Public '
Records of St. Lucie County,•Florida. _
THIS Conveyance is subject to and by accepting this Deed the Party(s) of the Second
Part do hereby agree to assume the following:
1. Taxes for the current year and subsequent years.

matters of record. _
3. The Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto.
4. The Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants and
Restrictions of Ocean Village Property Owner's Association, Inc. a Florida
Non-profit corporation, the provisions of which documents run with the land. ~
The Grantee(s) assumes the Obligation of member of said Property Owner's ~
Association. i

The benefits and obligations hereunder shall inure to and be binding upon the heirs,
executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the respective parties hereto. The
Grantor does hereby fully warrant the title to all the. premises hereby conveyed against }
all and every person(s) whomsoever, lawfully claiming by, through or under the Grantor

herein; and will defend the same against the lawful claims of such persons claiming by, p
throu;h or under the said Grantor, as well as the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
