Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed - Condominium covenant alid agree to abide ley each and every provision of said Declar- ation of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said )xclaration of Condo- minium and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment antler the Property Owners' Association documents referred to above and the provisions t)tereof are resonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acknowledges and confirms that the Declaration. of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominiten parcel being colrveyed to Purchaser, as security, for his obligations under the said Declaration of Covenarrts and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association and said Rirchascr asslnnes the obligations as to the Property Owners' Association as to his condominium parcel.
