Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, acknowlecigcs
that this purchase of a condominium unit at O(:L•AN VII.LAGIi OF 1M'CI IIN.SON ISIJWh
is subject in every respect to the lkc~laration of Condominium as to the condominium
. in which his wait is located and Exhibits attached thereto, including but not
limited to (whether ttie same are attached to the Declaration of referred to
therein), the By-la~as of the Association Articles of Incorporation, the Rules and
Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, copy of sales brochure and floor
plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser, and all AmencUnents to the aforesaid Ue- _
claration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Ueclai•ation
of Covenants and Restrictions of the,l'roperty Owner's Association; and Purchaser
further acknowledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Ueclaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and acknowledges that-each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the sucessful operation and mallage-
meat of the Condominium property and is in the best interests and for the benefit of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed -
Condominium covenant alid agree to abide ley each and every provision of said Declar-
ation of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and
confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said )xclaration of Condo-
minium and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment antler the
Property Owners' Association documents referred to above and the provisions t)tereof
are resonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acknowledges and confirms
that the Declaration. of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominiten parcel being colrveyed to
Purchaser, as security, for his obligations under the said Declaration of Covenarrts
and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association and said Rirchascr asslnnes the
obligations as to the Property Owners' Association as to his condominium parcel.
Purchaser confirms that all warranties, representations and inducemarrts, if any., are
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and l:.xhibits attached there-
to, and the common expenses and the sums due under the Property O+tiner's Association
and other charges are estimated only. 1Vo ~~rai•rality oi• guaranty is made or intended
nor may one be relied except where the same is specifically warranted or guaranteed
in said Declaration of Condominium and tl~e Exhibits attached thereto.
