provision of the foregoing doclanents is made for the benefit of all owners of the

abide by each and every provision of said Declaration, Articles of Incorporation, By-
Laws and the Ninety-Nine Year Lease Agreement; anS further agrees to pay the Mortgage,
if any,-described in the foregoing Deed; Grantee (s) further consent (s) that the un-

ments.appurtenant to the Condominium unit herein conveyed, and the proportional share
