is subJect in every respect to the Declaration of Condominium as to the condominium i
in which his unit is located and Exhibits httached thereto, including but not ~ <

therein), the By-laws of the Assr~ciation Articles of Incorporation, the R~cles and
Regulations, copy of pro,~ected operating budget, copy 0E sales brochure and floor
plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser, and all Amcn<Iments to the a[oresnid Ue- ~ -

claration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation, liy-Laws and Uecl~ratlon
of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's Association; and Purchaser i
further acknowledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Ueclarati0n, its
.Exhibits, and budget, sal-es brochure and fl~0r plan, and acknowledges that each and
• every provision of tine foregoing is essential to the successful operation and manage-
- ' ment of the Condominium property and is in the best interests and for the benefit of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and a.ll owners of parcels in tl~c aforcdescrihed
Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said l)eclar- ;
at~ion of Condominium and -Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and ~
confirms .end approves .-~11 of the terms and provisions of saicl Ueclaration of Condo-
minium and Exhibits attached thereto, and rigrees that the assessment under the
Property Owner's Association documents referred f0 above and the provisions thereof
are reasonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser .~cknowl.edge~ and .confirms
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's Association
leas encumbered and impressed alien upon tl:e COndomini~cm parcel being conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the slid Ucclaratirni of Covenants
and Restricitons of the Property Owners' Association and said Purchaser assumes the
6bligations as to the Property Owner's Association as to his condominium parcel.

nor may one be relied except where the same is spec ific<~lly warranted or guaranteed
in said Declaration of Condominium and the Exhibits attached thereto.
