SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that ROBERT L. DRUMM
and GENE C. DRUMM, holders of a certain mortgage given by
JERRY WARREN CORSAUT and SANDRA F. CORSAUT~to ROBERT L. DRUMM
and GENE C. DRU1~1, his wife bearing the date of July 22, 1975, -
recorded in Official Records Book .241, Page 2929, Public~Records _
of St. Lucie County, Florida, given to secure Che sum of
Eighteen thousand dollars (18,000.00) principal, evidenced
by a certain promissory note upon the following described
property, situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to-wit:
The East 840 feet of the North-840 feet
of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 28, -
Township 35 South, Range 39 East, Public -
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; LESS
AND EXCEPT:. The North 312.5 feet thereof -
and the East 445.37 feet of the South 440
feet thereof.
have received full payment of said indebtedness, and do hereby
acknowledge satisfaction of said mortgage, and hereby directs
the Clerk of said Court to cancel the same of record.
