ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing on July 30, 1979,
on the Defendants' Motion to Dismiss and Motion to Strike the
Amended Complaint and the Court having heard argument of counsel,
reveiwed the Amended Complaint and being otherwise fully and well
advised, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendants' Motion to Dismiss
the Amended Complaint is hereby denied; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendants'.Motion to Strike
is granted and all claims for emotional distress, humiliation and
.physical injury and illness shall be and they are hereby stricken

from the Amended Complaint except for those allegations found in
Count III thereof; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendants shall answer
the Amended Complaint within 15 days from the date of this Order.
