Non-Uniform Covenants 18, 19, 20, 22, and 23 of this Mortgage. Borrower and Lender agree ;hat all
references to the Property, Borrower, Lende+c and Note contained in the above described master form of
mortgage and incorporated by reference hereinto shall be construed to mean the Property, Borrower, Lender
and the Note defiaed herein. Borrower aclaaowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions

ADDITIONAL NON-iJNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and a

21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option within twenty years
from the date of this- Mortgage, may. make Future Advances to Borrower. Sucb Future Advances, with ~

notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mort-
gage, not meluding sums advanced in accordance herewith to protect the security of this Mortgage, exceed ;
