- south, Range 40 Bast, more particularly described
as follows:
- Beginning at-the SS corner of the NW 1/4 of the
NW 1/4 of said Section 21, run North 100 feet;
thence run in an Easterly direction, North 89°2'
East to the bank of the Indian River, thence run
in a Southerly direction meandering the bank of -
the Indian River to a point 100 feet South;-thence.
run West to the point of beginning; said property
being a strip of land 100 feet wide north and south
being bounded on the South by .the property of Carl .
