On the day of 19 trial on the
merits was held in this cause.
The Petitioner,. WILLIAM RAYMOND BAKERS , (hereinafter
~ called "Petitioner") appeared in person and by attorney and announced
ready for trial. The Respondent, ANNARITA BAKERS
(hereinafter called "Respondent") appeared by attorney and moved
the Court to withdraw Respondent's Answers and dismiss Respondent's
Counter-Petition.
The Court, after exa,-:~ining the pleadings and listening to the
r-
evidence and argument of counsel, finds that it has jurisdiction over
y this cause and the parties and that. Petitioner's Original Petition for
_ Divorce has been on file in this Court for at least 60 days.
The Court finds that at the time this suit was filed, Petitioner.
_ -had been a domiciliary of this state for the preceding six months and
~ a resident of this county for the preceding 90 days.

No jury having been demanded by either of the parties, all matters
