The Court finds that the parties have entered into an ,
agreement for the division of their community property. Roth
parties have asked the Court to approve the agreement, which
the Court finds. to be fair and reasonable.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the community property agree-

ment entered into by Petitioner and Respondent and filed herein
be and~is hereby approved and incorporated into this Decree by
reference.
All costs of court expended in this cause are hereby adjudged -
against Petitioner and have been paid.
