1~ 'All of wife's personal effects now in her possession subject
to any lien, security interest, and/or related indebtedness

and/or related indebtedness thereon.

solely in the name of wife, or in the name of ..wife and one
or more third parties, and all sums of money-in wife's
possession or under her control, subject to any lien, security
interest, and/or related indebtedness thereon.
4. All life insurance policies `insuring the life of wife, subject
to any lien, security interest, and/or related indebtedness
thereon.

liens thereon; provided further, however, that Husband
shall timely pay the mortgate, escrow and utility payments _
in connection with the said real property for a period of
three months next following the date the divorce herein
contemplated is granted, or in connection therewith; pro-
vided, further however, that said real property will be
listed with a realtor acceptable to Wife and sold at a
price acceptable to Wife, and Wife will exercise due dili-
gence in effecting said sale. When the said real property -
is sold, the net proceeds of such sale will be divided as
follows: $3,~p00 to Husband and the balance to Wife.
8. Husband will maintain and timely pay the premiums on any and all life
insurance now in existence which insures the life of Husband and will
continue to name Wife as primary beneficiary on said life insurance
policies until the youngest child of the parties reaches eighteen
years of aqe. -
