Attached to and a part of Agreement Incident to~Divorce between
WILLIAM RAYMOND BAKERS AND•ANNARITA SABERS
. PROPERTY SET ASIDE TO HUSBAND-

1. -Ail of husband's personal effects now in his possession subject
to .any lien, security interest, and/or related indebtedness -
thereon.
2. All furniture, appliances, household goods and wares now in -
possession of husband, subject to any liens, security interest,
and/or related indebtedness thereon.
3. All sums of money on deposit in financial institutions solely
in the name of-husband, or in the name of husband and one or
more third parties, and all sums of money in husband's pgsses-
sion or under his control, subject to any lien, security
interest, and/or .related indebtedness thereon.
4. All life insurance policies insuring the life of:husband,
subject to any lien, security interest, and/or related in-
! debtedness thereon.
5. All retirement, profit sharing or other employee benefits
arising out of or in connection with husband's employment,
if any, subject to any lien, security interest, and/or
related indebtedness thereon. including Item. 8, Schedule 1,
hereof .
6. All real property located in the State of Florida, subject
to any and all liens or indebtedness thereon.
