Attached to and a part of Agreement Incident to Divorce between

LIABILITIES OF WIFE
Wife will assume and timely pay all indebtedness
of Husband and~Wife personally incurred by her
after the date of separation alleged in the
Original Petition for-Divorce filed herein, and
will assume and timely pay all indebtedness of
Husband and Wife secured by a lien and/or security
interest on property set aside and awarded to Wife
under Schedule 1 hereof.
