That the Grantor foreland in consideration of the sum of Ten
Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells,
aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantee
that certain Townhouse Dwelling Unit situate at 1772 D-3
Gulf stream Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, and the.real property
appurtenant thereto, situate in St. Lucie County, Florida,
legally described as:

Commencing at a concrete monument at the Southeast corner of Block
5, Ocean View Subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
6, Page 61, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; run thence
West 132.69 feet along the North right-of-way line of Gulfstream Avenue
I to a point on the Range Line or reference line set forth on survey of
W.J. Schoepfer, R.L.S., dated N.ay 10, 1978; turn thence and run North
