FLORIDA, to receive excess funds from the sale of the
property herein, there being no objection thereto, and the
Court being otherwise advised in the premises, thereof,
it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED
That the Clerk of the. Court, St. Lucie County, Florida,
is ordered to, forthwith, disburse the excess funds from the
sale of the property in this cause to Defendant , CALVARY
