A 10 foot wide Electrical Distribution Easement to accommodate
the placing of any necessary power poles and attachments thereto;
along. with underground power cables, padmounted transformers and
accessories across and on said land as may be necessary in the
construction of said overhead and underground electrical distri-
bution line. This includes the right to trim, cut and keep clear.
