NOTE: This easement is being executed by High Paint of Fort
Pierce Condominium Section II Association, Inc. with
respect to that portion of the afore-described property
heretofore submitted to the condominium form of owner-
ship under the Declaration of Condominium of High Point
of Fart Pierce Condominium Section II recorded in Official
Records Book 304, Page 1396 of the Public Records of
St. Lucie~County, Florida and by those certain Amendments
thereto recorded, respectively, in Official Records Book
307 at Page 1611 and Official Records Book 307 at Page
1618, both of.the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
This easement is being executed by High Point Equities,
Inc. with respect to that portion of the afore-described
property not heretofore submitted to such condominium form
of ownership.
