MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made this 30.~ay of July, A.D.,
1979, by and between FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE, Fort.
Pierce, Florida, hereinafter referred to as Mortgagee and
JAMES A. CARPINELLO and BARBARA M. CARPINELLO, his wife,

W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, Mortgagee is the owner and holder of a
certain Promissory Note made by W. W. Arnold and~Eunice N.
Arnold, his wife, dated December 10, 1974 in the original
principal sum of One Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand (175,000.00)
Dollars, which said Promissory Note is secured by mortgage
recorded in 0. R. Book 247, Page 2641, and 0. R. Book 249,
Page 1373, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida (copy.
of which Promissory Note is attached to the said Mortgage
recorded in 0. R. Book 247, Page 2641), and which Mortgage
is now a lien upon the premises described therein being •

WHEREAS, Mortgagors, of even date herewith, have
purchased the property described in the Mortgage hereinabove

referred to, and an additional parcel of land adjacent to
that described in said Mortgage on the East, from W. W. Arnold,
joined by Eunice N. Arnold, his wife, in which transaction
mortgagors herein are assuming the Mortgage held by mortgagee
herein as part of the purchase price of said property from
said W. W. Arnold and wife.
N0~1, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of One
~ ~ Dollar (51.00), the modification of the time of payment of

said Promissory Note and Mortgage, and other valuable considerations,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, mortgagors and.
mortgagee herein hereby covenant and agree that said Promissory
Note and Mortgage hereinabove referred to shall be modified
