That the following-described parcel of land be added to and be included in, and be sub3ect to the lien of, the above described Mortgage as described in the Corrective Mortgage recorded in 0. R. Book 249, Page 1373,.Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit: BEGINNING 131.10 feet South of the Northeast corner of the West 1/2 of tract 119, Garden - City Farms Subdivision, in the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 5, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, as per plat recorded in Plat Book 2, at Page 5 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, run South parallel to the East right-of-way line of North 39th Street 168.90 feet; thence South 89° 46 minutes - 00 seconds along the North right-of-way line of Avenue "F" 104.00 feet; thence North 168.90 feet; thence North 890 46 minutes 00 seconds East parallel to the South right-of-way line of Avenue "G" 104.00 feet~to the place of BEGINNING, so that the parcel. of land to which the lien of said Mortgage shall attach shall read as follows,~to wit: Commencing at the Northeast corner of the West 1/2 of Tract 119, Garden City Farms Subdivision, in the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 5, TownshiR 35 South, Range 40 East, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Gook 2, Page 5, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; run South parallel - to the East right-of-way line of North 39th Street 300 feet to the point of beginning; thence South 89 degrees 46 minutes 00 seconds West along the North right-of-way line of Avenue "F" 281.5 feet; thence run North~43 degrees 09 minutes 47 seconds West 27.04 feet; thence North along the East right-of-way line of North 39th Street 149.10 feet; thence North 89 degrees 46 minutes 00 seconds East- 300 feet; thence South 168.90 feet to the Point of Beginning. 2. That the principal balance of said Mortgage assumed by Mortgagors herein as of July 30, 1979 is X151,534.84; that the accrued interest on said Promissory Note and Mortgage through July 31, 1979 is X10,649.95. 3. That beginning August 1, 1979, the remaining principal balance of said Promissory Note and Mortgage as stated in Paragraph A2 hereof shall- be payable in sixty (60) ( consecutive monthly installments of a1 ,628.41 including interest at the rate of ten (10%) per cent per annum, said sixty installments to be,applied first to interest at the rate of . - 2 - go4K314 839
