a default of said Lease, without the written consent of Assignee

herein. In the event of any such action or default on the part of
the Assignors herein in respect to said. Lease dated May 10, 1979, then
Assignee herein shall have the right to enforce any and all terms of
said Lease, including the right to cure any such default or action on
the part of said Assignors. Assignors hereby assign to Assignee any
right they may have in and to any award as a result of condemnation
proceedings of any part of the demised premises and any right to any
insurance proceeds due to Assignors as a result of any damage to the .
demised premises.
Assignors hereby certify and agree that no act ion has been
taken or will be taken by them resulting in the cancellation, modifi-
cation or amendment of any of the terms and conditions of said Lease,
without first obtaining the written consent of Assignee.
IN WITNESS. WHEREOF, Assignors and Assignee have duly executed
this Assignment on the day and year first above-written.
