South 00°00'13" West 653.22 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence
South 89°34'38" East 348.40 feet; thence South 19°27'36" West 17.13
feet; thence South 00°41'15" East 250.02 feet; thence South 09°05'25" -
East 151.91 feet, thence South 00°00'00" West 247.45 feet to the North

Reserving, however, unto Florida Power & Light Company, a Florida
Corporation, its successors and assigns, an aerial easement, in per-
petuity, over and across all of the above-described property, commenc-
ing at a height above the crown of the roadway now proposed to be built,
j by the Florida Department of Transportation equal to the minimum clear-
I ance requirement for electric facilities as specified by applicable
state and/or federal safety codes, regulations, and statutes in force
as of the date~of this Order of Taking for the construction, operation
and maintenance of one or more overhead electric transmission and dis-
tribution lines (including wires, guys, cables, conduits, telephone
and telegraph lines and appurtenant equipment) to be installed from
time to time; with the right to reconstruct, inspect, alter, improve,
relocate, or remove such facilities or any of them, to permit the
attachment of conduits, wires or cables of any other company-or person,
and together with all rights and privileges necessary or'convenient
for the full enjoyment or use thereof for the above-mentioned purposes,
